Our Voice

Our WordPress Ambassadors often travel to see Mothers’ Union in action in diverse areas of the world. Through their eyes we hope you will learn about Mothers’ Union and the families we serve in the name of Christ.

Lynne Tembey: Mothers’ Union’s worldwide president. Elected by the global membership, Lynne will serve as the head of Mothers’ Union for the next 3 – 6 years.

Rachel Aston: Rachel is the Social Policy Manager for Mothers’ Union.  Alongside carrying out key research and overseeing the implementation of our policy and campaigns work, such as the Bye Buy Childhood campaign,  Rachel represents Mothers’ Union at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women in New York. She works to empower the advocacy work of Mothers’ Union members across the UK and in other countries, such as Burundi and South Sudan, through resources and training.

Hannah Taylor: Hannah works for the worldwide team in Action & Outreach within Mothers’ Union. She oversees Mothers’ Union work in the West Indies, America, Canada, West Africa, Nigeria, and parts of Asia (including India, Myanmar and Pakistan). Hannah also oversees the Worldwide Parenting Programme; a grassroots facilitative based programme which empowers and encourages parents around the world. The programme is active in 18 countries worldwide.

    Hello first time on the website looking to follow a group that went to Uganda last week from Northern Ireland my mum is one of them , just would love to have seen something to connect with them .
